What this policy covers

This policy covers the Techrit website. It does not cover EduRit or the software we build for clients, which have their own policies.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive what you type in it: your name, your company or school, your phone number or email address, the kind of software you need, your budget and timeline if you give them, and your message.

Like any website, the servers that host it keep short technical logs of requests (such as IP address, browser and the page asked for) to keep the site running and secure.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, discuss your project, and send a proposal if you ask for one. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who processes it

Contact form messages are sent to our inbox through Brevo, an email service. The website is hosted on Vercel. Both handle data on our behalf and only to provide their service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to talk with you about your project, and for any related work and accounts afterwards. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to hello@techrit.in and we will respond.

Changes

If we change how the website handles personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
